Course description: This introductory program prepares responders of all driving levels to be able to recognize, adapt & cope with changing ways in the off-road environment. Students will be taught modern off-road response procedures & recommendations involving topics such as incident size-up, equipment determinations, working with multiple agencies, effective forms of radio and other communication and trail marking techniques. The program concludes with advice on pre-planning your response area and learning how to better equip your 4x4 vehicle to accomplish higher success rates during off-road responses.
Terms and Options: Course is based on information related to emergency responders. Designed for Fire, Police, EMS, Forest Rangers, Rescue Teams, Security and Border Patrol. All participants must arrive with a valid drivers license and a valid positive photo I.D. from their organization. You can't get this type of experience anywhere else in New York. Lodging is available locally. Leonard Motorsports can travel to your facility for this. Classes will be held at our Driving School classroom facility in Glenville NY. Max of 30 students per session-

Course title: 4x4 Emergency Vehicle Operation Hands-On Training Course Duration: 1- 5 days courses available Cost: Call for proposal Equipment needed: Your apparatus for off-road driving purposes, paper and pen, proper outdoor gear for the conditions, recovery points on the vehicles.
Course description: This program is designed to get the students in a real-life scenario to evaluate their performance under pressure. The sessions can run from a half-day up to 5 days if needed. Students will be placed behind the wheel and given a personal evaluation from on-board instructors. This is a popular program and can be packaged together with the classroom EVOC. We like to maintain a 2 to 1 student to instructor ratio.

Course title: 4x4 EVasive Operation Training Course (EVOT) Duration: 1- 5 days courses available Cost: Call for proposal Equipment needed: Your reliable 4x4 vehicles for off-road driving purposes, paper and pen, proper outdoor gear for the conditions, recovery points on the vehicles, winch if possible, duty gear, radios gloves and emergency warning lights.
Course
description: Created for "high-priority" security,
police, and rescue professionals, this course is very advanced and the final
stage to our EVOC driving programs. Students will apply newly developed skills
learned from the 4x4 EVOC courses to muscle there way through a series of tests
and scenarios designed to simulate realistic responses or attacks on their
vehicles. The programs content focuses on complex vehicle construction and
breakdown vulnerability. Students will also be placed into communication
building training where they will experience different types & forms of
communication and the function ability & reliability those bring to a situation.
Stress and adrenaline are additional focuses to the EVOT course. Students will
experience the difference between a manageable stress level and an unmanageable
stress level. Benefits from this program include higher success rates during
off-pavement operations as well being able to pick and design more effective 4x4
vehicles in the future. The course content is sensitive towards evasive
maneuvers based on recent and traditional terrorist attacks. Vehicle sabotage/
and repair is an optional portion of this course. Terms and Options: Prerequisite of basic EVOC and advanced EVOC course from Leonard Motorsports. Course is designed for Fire, Police, EMS, Forest Rangers, Rescue Teams, Security and Border Patrol. Course can and most likely will be changed slightly to accommodate your special duty responses and driving levels requirements. Course is based on information related to emergency responders.
